Ky-Mani
Ky-Mani Marley is among the richest and most well-known Reggae Singer who was born on the 26th February, 1976 in Falmouth Jamaica. He starred in the cult legendary film Shottas opposite another singer Wyclef Jean. Ky-Mani enlisted Shang Records where he recorded his first album in the year 1996. With Father Like Son and several singles: Judge Not with Patra and Dear Dad" (which topped the British reggae charts) Who The Cap Does It (remix) and Sensimelia all of which added to his growing reputation in the new generation of reggae artists. Ky-Mani joined forces with Praswell from Fugees to record Electric Avenue from Eddy Grant. The song has been a big hit since 1997. Marley appeared at the Midem show (an international showcase of music) and was first held in Miami. Marley performed in the Cameo Theatre which was live streamed across 36 countries. Marley was involved engaged in a bidding war. In 1997, Marley signed to Gee Street/V2 Records where he collaborated with his labelmate
